These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the cvy6 platform and apply to every registered player in Bangladesh. By creating an account you confirm you have read and accepted these terms in full.

The terms that govern your relationship with cvy6 and the cvy6 platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cvy6 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cvy6 platform — including its website, games, sportsbook, live casino, payment functions, promotional offers and customer support — you agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
cvy6 operates as an online gaming and sports-betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. All games and betting services are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adult users. cvy6 is committed to fair play, responsible gaming, and the protection of player funds and personal data. Nothing in these T&C shall be construed as legal advice, and players are responsible for understanding the applicable laws in their own jurisdiction before using the platform.

1. Eligibility and Registration
Requirements that every player must meet before opening a cvy6 account.
The minimum age to register a cvy6 account and place real-money bets is 21 years. By completing registration, the player warrants that they are at least 21 years of age. cvy6 will verify age at the point of withdrawal using identity documentation. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings will be voided. Deposits made by underage players will be refunded minus any processing costs where technically possible.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered cvy6 account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, payment methods or device identifiers — is a material breach of these T&C. cvy6 employs automated and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. When duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest-registered will be closed, any bonus balances will be forfeit, and the real-money balance of the secondary accounts will be reviewed before any refund is considered.
Players must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and must notify cvy6 promptly of any changes. Supplying false or misleading information — including but not limited to name, date of birth, or mobile number — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. cvy6 may request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information held on file.
2. Account Management
Your responsibilities and cvy6's rights in relation to your account.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including mobile number and password. cvy6 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in with your correct credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact cvy6 customer support immediately and use the session management tools in your account settings to revoke all active sessions.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting cvy6 customer support. Before closure is processed, any outstanding balance will be paid out via the player's registered BDT payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Players who are self-excluding for responsible gaming reasons should use the self-exclusion tool in account settings rather than requesting a standard account closure, as self-exclusion carries additional protections that a standard closure does not.
cvy6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if there is a reasonable belief that the account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion with other players, or any other activity that violates these T&C or applicable law. In such cases, cvy6 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of any suspension and given a reasonable opportunity to respond, except where legal or regulatory obligations require immediate action without notice.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on cvy6 are denominated in BDT and processed via Bangladeshi mobile payment services.
cvy6 currently accepts BDT deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The available payment methods are subject to change; players should consult the Cashier page for the current list at the time of a transaction. All payment accounts used must be registered in the player's own name. cvy6 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Attempting to deposit or withdraw using an account registered to another individual will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account security review.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. cvy6 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are normally processed within 24 hours of a verified request, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the Cashier page. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless the player provides a documented reason for a change of payment method and cvy6 approves the request.
All transactions on cvy6 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. cvy6 does not accept foreign currency deposits. If a player attempts a deposit from a non-BDT mobile wallet or bank account, the transaction will be declined. Any exchange rate risk that arises from the player's own financial arrangements — for example, converting foreign currency into BDT before depositing — is entirely the player's own responsibility and cvy6 accepts no liability in this regard.
4. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. cvy6 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to a player's account, the wagering requirements and any applicable restrictions stated at the time of the offer become binding.
All bonuses credited to a cvy6 account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Unless specified otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real-money gameplay across eligible game categories. Progress towards meeting a wagering requirement is displayed in the player's account dashboard. cvy6 reserves the right to adjust wagering requirements in response to detected bonus abuse; any such adjustment will be communicated to the affected player.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting patterns designed to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (commonly referred to as bonus-hunting or bonus-whoring), collusion with other players, or any other method that cvy6 determines constitutes abuse of its promotional system, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. cvy6 uses automated systems and manual review to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse and reserves the right to act on findings without prior notice to the player.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly forbidden on the cvy6 platform and the consequences of breaching these rules.
Players must not engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with the cvy6 platform. This includes but is not limited to: initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been credited to a cvy6 account; using stolen, cloned or otherwise compromised payment credentials; money laundering or any attempt to use the cvy6 platform for the purpose of obscuring the origin of funds; and providing false personal, financial or identity information to circumvent KYC processes. cvy6 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crimes. Any account found to be connected with fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended, all balances frozen, and a full report provided to relevant authorities.
Players must not collude with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on cvy6. In live casino games, collusion includes sharing card information, coordinating bets with other players at the same table, and any form of signalling. In sports betting, placing bets with knowledge of pre-arranged or manipulated outcomes is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law. cvy6 uses real-time monitoring to detect collusion and match-fixing patterns. Where collusion is confirmed, all winnings generated through the relevant sessions will be voided and the accounts involved will be permanently closed.
6. Responsible Gaming
cvy6's commitments and the tools available to help players maintain healthy gaming habits.
cvy6 provides every registered player with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost: (a) Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on BDT deposits; (b) Loss Limits — cap the total amount you can lose in a given period; (c) Session Time Reminders — receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play; (d) Cool-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks); (e) Self-Exclusion — permanently or for a minimum period of 6 months exclude yourself from all cvy6 gaming activity. These tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation; increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
cvy6 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. The minimum age to use cvy6 is 21 years. If a player is aware of a minor who has accessed or is attempting to access cvy6, they must notify cvy6 customer support immediately. Parents and guardians in Bangladesh who share mobile devices with children are advised to use device-level parental controls to prevent access to online gambling platforms. cvy6 will cooperate fully with any investigation into underage gaming and will immediately close any account confirmed to be held by a person under 21, voiding all associated transactions.
7. Liability, Amendments and Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cvy6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. cvy6's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall not exceed the net real-money deposits made by the player to their cvy6 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits cvy6's liability for fraud or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
cvy6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice on the cvy6 platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the cvy6 platform after the effective date of any amended T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
